About Us

Founded

RSCI was founded and incorporated on May 16, 1988.

RSCI was founded and incorporated by Clayton and Susan Record on May 16, 1988. As a new firm, RSCI posted revenues of $238,000 for the initial year, concentrating on steel erection, precast concrete erection, and cast-in-place concrete. Since then, annual revenues have increased every year to over $100,000,000. Profits realized follow the same trends, with bonding capacity growing in step.

In 2006, Zeke Johnson acquired RSCI. Zeke started with RSCI in 1998 and worked as a Project Manager and Estimator while attending Boise State University College of Engineering. He graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering. Zeke later earned his professional engineering license.

Over the past thirty-plus years, RSCI has evolved into a highly competent General Contracting, Development, and Design-Build firm with the ability to self-perform earthwork, yard piping, structural concrete, structural steel, equipment installation, mechanical, and electrical. RSCI specializes in Alternate Project Delivery Methods, Water and Wastewater Treatment, Dams, Bridges, Industrial Facilities, and Federal Government projects while being an industry leader in safety, craft education, and training. RSCI works throughout the Western United States.

Historically, RSCI has concentrated on projects located in Idaho and the Northwest. However, growth and expertise allow RSCI to offer our services throughout the Western United States. RSCI has successfully performed projects in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, and Missouri.
